Who is the right of Berry Punch?
Cherilee will be チアリー先生 not チェアリー.
What you wrote wrote will be pronounced cheralee (chera as in cherry).
Also what you wrote on the top will be "Love and Acceptance". I don't know if you wanted to write love and tolerance it will be 愛と公差 but in Japanese it sounds kind of weird. 愛と友情 (Love and Friendship) sounds smoother. Or if you meant to write "Love and Acceptance" that's ok too. Just thought because of "love" you wanted to write "Love and Tolerance".
Everything else is ok. I don't know if this is a finished project or not, but if you have any plans on making any changes I will change that. Also I will take out 兄貴 if your going to write "Big Mackintosh. It's like saying BIG Mackintosh already implies that he is big, adding aniki after that makes it sound a little weird even if it is his name.
Sorry about the long comment, I love the picture but being able to read this in a Japanese person's point of view (being half Japanese) the Japanese is a little off.

I don't know chinese (kanji) . But I know Katakana. IMO, Cheerilie is missing a 'Ri'. Her katakana shoud read che-a-ri-ri-i. But I guess you figured that out already so I apologize if I sound like a douche.
Her name is pronounced like "cheer-uh-lee"
In the kanji, "chi-a-rii" is much closer than "chi-a-ri-rii."
